The side toolbar gives you quick access to all of the different view, or ways to view your tasks. In addition, the "Brain Dump" button is on the side bar (at the bottom).

Next Actions by Project: If you've read David Allen's excellent book, "Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity", you're already familiar with "Next Actions". Brain Dump: This feature gives you a quick way to get all of those tasks bouncing around in your mental RAM out of your head and into your trusted system (Power To-Do List). In GTD, the Dave calls it a "Mind Sweep". Read more about doing a Brain Dump here. |
