Click "File, Options" to open up Power To-Do List's "Options" Dialog.

General/System Stuff
Start Automatically With Windows: If you check this box, Power To-Do List will load each time Windows starts.
Exit to System Tray: If you check this box, Power To-Do List will hide in Windows' System Tray when you close it with the
button or by double-clicking on the Power To-Do List icon (
) on the top-left corner of the screen. If you want to completely close the program with this option checked, either close it by clicking on "File, Exit", or by right-clicking the Power To-Do List icon in the system tray (
)and clicking "Exit".
Minimize to System Tray: If you check this box, Power To-Do List will hide in Windows' System Tray when you minimize it. If you leave it unchecked, the program will minimize normally.
Show Tool Tips: Check this box to enable Power To-Do Lists balloon tips (showed when you hover over controls). Uncheck it to disable them.
Show Tip of the Day at Startup: Checking this box causes the "Tip of the Day" dialog to pop up each time you start Power To-Do List.
Tasks & Views
In Project View, follow dragged tasks to their new projects: This option is specific to "Project View". If this box is checked, and you drag a task from the task list to another project in the project list, the new project and it's tasks are displayed (including the task you just moved). If you leave the box unchecked and drag a task to another project, you'll continue viewing the project you're currently on.
Show Popup Info When Hovering Over Alarm & Note Icons: When you hover your mouse over a Note icon (
) or an Alarm icon (
) in a task list, Power To-Do List will pop up a balloon with additional information if this box is checked. If it's not checked, that won't happen.
Show Overdue Tasks in Red: Check this box and incomplete tasks whose due dates have come and gone will be displayed in red. Leave it unchecked and they'll be displayed in black like the other tasks.
Enable In-Cell Editing: If this box is checked, you can double-click on tasks right in the task list and edit the values from there. If the box isn't checked, you have to open the "Edit Task" dialog box to edit a task. Do this by selecting a task in the task list and clicking on the "Edit Task" button, selecting a task in the task list and choosing "Edit Selected Task" from the "Actions" menu, or right-clicking on a task and choosing "Edit Selected Task"
Use StrikeThrough font for completed tasks: If this box is checked, completed tasks will show up in the task lists in a strikethrough font (
). If it's not checked, they wont.

Custom Field Names
Name of Custom Field #1: Here, you can change the "Context" field to be something else. For more information on custom fields, click here.
