Power To-Do List Tasks, by default, have a field called "Context" and a field called "Assignees".
Contexts are the places or situations from which you can work on the task. For example, some contexts might be "Home", "Work", "Errands", "Phone", etc. By choosing the
view, you can quickly see all of the tasks you have, conveniently grouped by context. You get to choose the contexts for your list.
The assignees field is similar, except you keep a list of people to choose from instead of a list of contexts.
---
Let's say, though, that you have no interest in contexts, or that you aren't planning on assigning your tasks to anyone but yourself. But you do want, however, a field where you can record the time you estimate each task will take. Here's what you can do:
Click on File, Options. In the "Name of Custom Field #1" box, type the name of the Estimated Time field you're creating. For this example, we'll call it "Est. Time".
Click "OK", and bingo. Everything that used to say "Context" now says "Est. Time". Click on "Actions, Edit "Est. Time" List..." to set up your list of choices for Estimated Time. For Example: 1-15 Minutes, 16-30 Minutes, 31-60 Minutes, 60+ Minutes.
You can do the same thing with the "Assignees" field if you have another field you'd rather see. Here are some examples of fields you might set up instead of "Contexts" or "Assignees":

- 1-15 Minutes
- 16-30 Minutes
