Do you have the
Power To-Do?
February, 2008
For Immediate Release
Five O’clock Software has released Power To-Do List,
a project-based task management program for Windows.
More than just another simple to-do list, Power To-Do
List was designed from the ground up to help you get more done in
less time by giving you extreme flexibility in the way you view and
work with your projects and tasks.
With "snoozable" reminders, nine different task
fields, a preview pane, a comprehensive search function, and eleven
different configurable reports (exportable to Adobe's PDF format),
Power To-Do list includes everything you'd expect in a professional
to-do list application.
In addition, Power To-Do List offers several more
features to help you be even more productive.
See your tasks exactly how you want to see them.
Power To-Do List offers eight different ways to view your task list.
Each view can be further tuned by hiding, resizing, reordering, and
sorting by an unlimited number of columns.
In "Project View", you can reorder your tasks and
even move them between projects using Power To-Do List’s intuitive
drag-and-drop functionality.
Get your tasks out of your head and into your trusted
system quickly by using Power To-Do List’s "Brain Dump" feature.
With the Brain Dump, you enter several tasks all at once. Then, when
you're done, Power To-Do List walks you back through each task,
prompting you for needed information about each.
Need to enter information in your tasks, but don't
see an applicable field? Two of Power To-Do List's task fields
("context" and "assignee") are user definable. Power To-Do List is
smart, too. Change the "assignee" field to "Sales District", for
example, and the "All Tasks by Assignee" view automatically becomes
the "All Tasks by Sales District" field.
The handy "Quick Alarms" feature lets you set
reminders that aren't attached to tasks. Have a meeting in 45
minutes? Set a quick alarm so you won’t be late.
Power To-Do List costs $39.95 (USD) for a single-user
license. A 15-day trial version is available at
www.powertodolist.com. Volume and educational discounts are
available. Power To-Do List runs on Windows NT, Windows ME, Windows
2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista.
